I did a mix of fabric and leather in the bag, it’s a large hand bag, very roomy inside perfect for your weekend trips, and this  intricate hand embroidery on the front panel is done using tapes, ropes ,golden beads and mirror work. i used leather handle with antique buckle finish and side panels to give the bag a better finish and grip. The pattern is very traditional and the white color plays an important part in making the pattern stand out! This is just an example of traditional use of hand embroidery in bags designed by me! have a look below on some more of such examples i collected for you.

A small clutch bag from anthropologie is a perfect example of traditional or ethnic indian hand embroidery. I loved the mix of colors and the hangings works great! pom-pom tassels looks interesting and the big round sequins hanging on the flap adds on to the features of the bag.
